IS THERE A SECURITY DEPOSIT?

Yes there is a Refundable Security Deposit for Your Peace of Mind

 

Security Deposit Details

 

    •    Amount: $1,000

    •    Collection: The security deposit will be collected prior to departure.

    •    Refund Policy: Your security deposit is fully refundable. It will be returned to you within 48 hours after the completion of your trip, provided there are no incidentals or damages to the yacht.

 

Why a Security Deposit?

 

    •    Protection: This deposit is a standard procedure to safeguard against potential damages or incidentals that may occur during the adventure. It’s a common practice in yacht rentals, ensuring that both the vessel and the guests are protected.

    •    Peace of Mind: By securing this deposit, we ensure that our yacht is maintained in top condition for all our guests. It also gives you, our valued customer, the assurance that you are embarking on a well-maintained and cared-for vessel.

    •    Refund Process: We aim to process your refund swiftly and efficiently. Assuming no damages, you can expect the deposit back in your account within 48 hours post-trip, allowing for a smooth and worry-free end to your adventure. (Note: cash deposits available upon return of trip if no damage is determined)

We accept payment via PayPal, Zelle, certified check, and cash at the time of booking confirmation.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR DAMAGE?

WHAT SAFETY EQUIPMENT DOES THE YACHT INCLUDE?

We have life jackets for everyone, a first-aid kit, flares, navigation charts and GPS, radar, VHF radio, fresh drinking water, tool kit, and more.

We’ll walk you through a pre-trip inspection to note the yacht’s condition before departure. This process ensures transparency and understanding regarding the state of the yacht, helping to avoid any misunderstandings later. If there is any damage it will come out of the deductible.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We offer a Flexible and Fair Cancellation Policy

 

Cancellation Terms:

 

    •    Full Refund: If you need to cancel your adventure, no worries! We offer a full refund for cancellations made more than 7 days in advance of your scheduled departure. This gives you the flexibility to plan without stress.

    •    No Refund: For cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled departure, we are unable to offer a refund. This policy is in place due to the preparations and scheduling commitments involved in arranging your perfect yacht experience.

 

Special Consideration for Weather-Related Cancellations:

 

    •    Rescheduling Due to Weather: Your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities. If we determine that weather conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for your adventure, we will reschedule or refund your experience at no additional charge.
